This guide outlines how to submit a time off request online in ADP Workforce Now on behalf of a staff member at your school and campus.
As a DSO with Practitioner access in ADP, you have the option to submit time off for all staff at your school or campus location, including your direct reports.
There are two options for submitting time off for an employee:
People > Time Off > Request Time Off
- This view is best used if you want to see the current status of each request for a individual employee, for a specific date range
People > Time Off > Lists of Requests
- This view is best used if you want to see requests that are currently pending, approved, or denied for any employee in one view, for a specific date range
- The employee will only show up in this view if they have previously submitted a time off request

- Enter a Comment, if needed. This is optional
